Charging an Amount against Delay of Murabaha Installments in light of the COVID-19 Pandemic Circumstances – Fatwa of IEF Murabaha Delay

I hope you all have read the published fatwa (Arabic), which is an important achievement for your *Islamic Economic Forum*

The work accomplished in this fatwa may require a conference to discuss and conclude but we, with Allah’s grace, have been able to accomplish it on the virtual platform of Islamic Economic Forum.

We will continue to discuss further about the effects of the Corona pandemic and aim to discuss solutions and proposals in an expanded manner in which the efforts of the banking institutions between the different countries will be integrated.

We are thankful to respected Dr Yusuf Azim Siddique for his prompt effort for the translation. May Allah reward him.
